Sandy Jack’s Fill the Jug Challenge – June 2026
Supporting Brooklyn Pride This Month at Sandy Jack’s
There’s something wonderfully old-school and neighborhood-friendly about a literal fundraising jug sitting at a bar. Tiny pirate tavern energy, but for a good cause.
This month, Sandy Jack’s is turning spare change into community support with their ongoing Fill the Jug Challenge, benefiting Brooklyn Pride and helping support LGBTQIA+ programming, visibility, and advocacy throughout Brooklyn.
Brooklyn Pride works year-round to promote equality, acceptance, inclusion, and community connection while honoring the spirit of Stonewall and supporting LGBTQIA+ Brooklynites across all backgrounds and identities.

The streets of Park Slope are getting ready to glow. The annual Brooklyn Pride Twilight Parade returns this June with music, marching, community groups, performers, activists, and a whole lot of queer joy rolling down 5th Avenue after sunset.
This beloved nighttime parade celebrates diversity, visibility, and the vibrant LGBTQ+ community of Brooklyn. Whether you’re marching, cheering from the sidewalks, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, it’s one of the borough’s most electric Pride traditions.

Hosted by Robert Garcia with beats by Jayse Vegas, the party honors three decades of Brooklyn Pride with performances celebrating community, queer artistry, and trans joy.

Brooklyn Pride Street Festival 2026
This is the kind of event where you leave intending to “just browse for twenty minutes” and somehow return home six hours later with tote bags, new friends, and a flyer for a queer ukulele collective.
Brooklyn Pride takes over Park Slope for a full day of community, music, vendors, food, activism, art, and sunshine-soaked queer chaos. The annual Brooklyn Pride Street Festival transforms 5th Avenue into a colorful corridor packed with local organizations, artists, performers, small businesses, and LGBTQ+ community groups.
Whether you’re hunting for handmade jewelry, collecting stickers from nonprofits, discovering queer authors, or just wandering with an iced coffee and excellent people-watching instincts, this is one of Brooklyn’s signature Pride weekend events.

Brooklyn Youth Pride 2026
Celebrating 5 Years of Youth Pride at Industry City
Pride isn’t just nightlife and parades. Events like this help build spaces where queer teens can actually feel seen, welcomed, and celebrated.
Brooklyn Pride is bringing back Brooklyn Youth Pride for its 5th Anniversary, and this year’s celebration returns to Industry City for an afternoon packed with music, creativity, performances, games, and queer youth community.
Designed for teens and pre-teens ages 11–19, this free event creates a welcoming and affirming space where LGBTQ+ youth and allies can celebrate Pride, connect with community, and showcase their talents.
